Manufacturing Process and Equipments

Blanks:
The Blanks operation is being carried out on auto
copying turning machines lathes. Each blank is
inspected at the quality department and then passed
to the gear cutting section

Gear
Cutting: The Gear
Division is equipped with high precision machines
like Spline Hobbing, Gear Hobbing, Maxicut Gear
Shapers, Red Ring Shaving Machine and Tooth Rounder
Machine. The machinery installed is in a position to
manufacture international quality standard of gears
& shafts. The company is having its own tool
room where hob and gear shaper cutters are reshaped
to a great accuracy. Once the Gear Cutting Operation
is completed, 100% inspection is done by Junior
Engineers.

and Metallurgy: All
gears and shafts produced in the company are subject
to Heat Treatment Process. Each and every piece is
checked for its hardness which is maintained within
58-62 HRC Range. Core hardness and micro structure
is also checked for every lot.

Grinding:
All the components after heat treatment requires to
be finished on internal and cylindrical grinding.
This operation of internal and cylindrical grinding
are being done on most precision and sophisticated
machines.
The
quality of gears and shafts depends on the accuracy of
the grinding operations also affecting fitment during
